Art Program Management
In 2021, the City of Dania Beach took a significant step forward in enhancing its cultural landscape by developing its inaugural public art master plan. To ensure professional oversight and successful implementation of this new program, the City partnered with CPG as their public art program management consultant.
CPG’s worked with the city to form of a carefully selected Public Art Advisory Board, one of the key foundations of a successful program. Working in close coordination with City staff, CPG helped shepherd the program through its critical early phases, including inventory and documentation, maintenance and conservation funding and
services, and inaugural installations. The program represents a long-term investment in the cultural vitality of Dania Beach, aiming to create engaging public spaces that reflect the community’s character and aspirations.
